Lucas Duda was originally going to be in Tuesday’s lineup against the Rockies. However, he was scratched with stiffness in his back.

Instead, Daniel Murphy will play first base and bat second.

Terry Collins said on Tuesday afternoon Duda’s back was not a concern, but did not say if the rst baseman would need to miss additional time beyond one game.

Duda is hitting .247 with 21 home runs and 55 RBI in 2015
