- The 21 hits are a season-high, passing the previous total of 16 from May 16 against the Brewers.
- The 21 hits by the Mets are the most since they recorded 21 hits on September 5, 2010 at Wrigley Field.
- The 21 hits in a home game are the second-most in franchise history. The most hits in a home game was 22 on September 20, 1981 vs. St. Louis.
- It’s the fifth time in franchise history the Mets have had 20 or more hits in a home game.
- The 15 runs the Mets scored on Saturday are a new season-high for the Mets. They scored 14 from May 16 against the Brewers.
- The Mets homered four times, matching a season-high. It’s the fifth time this year the Mets have hit four home runs in a game.
- Both Kirk Nieuwenhuis and Michael Conforto recorded four hits. The last time a pair of Mets players each had four hits in a game was April 27, 2012 when Ruben Tejada and Scott Hariston each had four hits against the Rockies.
- Matt Harvey is the only Met pitcher in franchise history to record three-straight games with at least two RBI in each game. The last major league pitcher to have at least two RBI in three straight games in a single season was Andy Messersmith from June 23-July 2, 1976.
- Harvey’s six RBI this season are most for any pitcher in the major leagues.
