The deadline to sign players drafted in the 2015 first-year player draft was on Friday, and the Mets were able to secure a total of 21 of their 39 selections by that deadline, according to Adam Rubin of ESPN New York.
Rubin says the Mets failed to sign two of their top 20 picks: 15th round selection RHP Thomas Hackimer, and 19th round selection RHP Nic Enright.
