The Mets open a three-game series with the Marlins tonight at Citi Field, a venue the club has hit in throughout the year.

Here are some notes about the Mets recent success at home.

  • The Mets have nine home runs over their last four home games, and 14 home runs over their last nine home games.
  • The Mets hit four home runs on Wednesday – they had hit four home runs at Citi Field on five previous occasions, the last one coming on June 24, 2014.
  • Wednesday was the first time this year the Mets had four home runs in any game.
  • Wilmer Flores has six RBI in his last four games. His 21 RBI ranks fourth among big league shortstops, and he is tied with Jhonny Peralta among all shortstops with seven home runs.
  • Michael Cuddyer is 6-for-his-last-14 and has hit in 11 of his last 12 games at Citi Field.
  • Daniel Murphy is 13-for-his-last-25, spanning seven games. He’s hit .352 in May, the fourth-highest mark in the National League.
