Vic Black took some hopeful steps on Wednesday towards returning the the pitching rubber.
Terry Collins said today in Miami Black resumed his throwing program today, according to Matt Ehalt of the Bergen Record.
Collins said Black will be moved along slowly in order to avoid a reoccurence of his injury.
Black has been on the disabled list with a herniated disc in his neck, which has caused weakness in his shoulder and arm. There is no timetable for Black to return.
