The Mets lost one of their key left-handed relievers to injury on Sunday.
In the seventh inning with one out, Jerry Blevins was hit in the hand by a comeback off the bat of Dee Gordon. He was able to complete the play, but was removed shortly thereafter.
Blevins was diagnosed with a fractured left forearm.
Alex Torres replaced Blevins with two outs and runners at second and third.
