Michael Cuddyer left Tuesday night’s game against the Phillies in the 3rd inning after being hit in the hand by a pitch.
Cuddyer’s X-Rays came back negative and he has a contusion (bruise) on his hand and, according to Michael Baron, he said that while his hand is sore that he could play in Wednesday’s game against the Phillies.
David Buchanan also hit Wilmer Flores in the hand earlier in that inning, but Flores stayed in the game.
