
It’s been almost a full year since Bobby Parnell has pitched in a game.
While it was only a minor league intrasquad game, Parnell faced batters for the first time since that date in Port St. Lucie on Saturday.
Parnell appeared in a minor league intrasquad game and threw 20 pitches, 11 of which were strikes and allowed two hits.
Parnell has been sidelined with a strained hamstring during Spring Training as he works his way back from Tommy John Surgery.
