Bobby Parnell was expected to throw in a minor league game this afternoon. However, his debut will be put on hold once again.
Adam Rubin of ESPN New York is reporting Parnell will throw a bullpen session instead today, delaying his year long absence from game action.
Parnell had been dealing with a sore hamstring which has kept him off a mound for most of the last two weeks.
You can read my Q&A with Parnell from earlier this spring, in which he discussed his recovery from Tommy John Surgery, the impact his neck injury might have had on his elbow, and more, here.
