Here are injury updates on both Zack Wheeler and Vic Black:

Wheeler underwent an MRI on his right elbow on Saturday, Terry Collins said on Saturday.

Wheeler told reporters earlier in the day he was dealing with normal elbow soreness as well as a blister on his right middle finger. He was originally not expected to undergo an MRI on his elbow.

Collins indicated the MRI was precautionary.

Black underwent an MRI on his shoulder on Friday, and said on Saturday there was no structural damage indicated.

Black said he should return to throwing in a few days.
