Lucas Duda is expected to swing a bat for the first time in three weeks on Wednesday, according to Adam Rubin of ESPN New York.
It is not yet clear when Duda will appear in Grapefruit League games.
Duda has been suffering from an intercostal strain, having been limited to infield drills and conditioning since the start of spring training.
